Job Role Associate International IT Support Engineer
JOB SUMMARY:
Company Profile:
Responsibilities:1. Responsible for reporting tech / business challenges and regional point of view to the International support team and TS team meetings and 1:1s.
2. Responsible for day to day IT support and administration in their offices of responsibility and the support for other offices / regions as required.
3. Administration, resolution and hands-on support of technical issues relating to laptops, desktops, Macs, printers, copiers, mobile computing devices, and all other peripheral devices.
4. Partner with other members of the TS team as appropriate to solve local/regional technical issues associated with the phone system, security, network, server, audio visual, power and air conditioning.
5. Responsible for supporting employees, clients and other visitors to the local offices including guest wireless, A/V setup for meetings, and other special events requests.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:1. 0.5 – 2 years supporting technology in a fast paced environment with direct customer service experience including VIP support.
2. Good Windows and OS client knowledge.
3. Good Client Hardware knowledge.
4. Competent (identify backend kit) knowledge of IT backend infrastructure (networking and server).
5. Good Level of English, both written and spoken.
6. Preferred certifications include: MCSA, MCSE
7. Prior experience in a global company required.
