Designation: L1 Support Engineer
1. Able to operate PC based programs in a Windows environment.

2. Takes initiative to lead and supports team members in dealing with change.
3. Uses up-to-date technical knowledge, skills and experience to effectively perform jobs and contribute to the success of the department.
4. Maximizes productivity levels while providing world class Client service.

6. Demonstrates effective use of soft skills – listening, probing and questioning.
7. Excellent communication skills with neutral
8. Flexibility to work in shifts
9. Responsible in solving Network related issues to Clients either through call or mail.
10. Candidates will be dealing with US and UK clients.
11. Month – on – Month bases, the shift timings will change according to the clients they are dealing with.
Compensation: 2.04Lpa + Cabs + Medical Benefits + Shift Allowances
Candiate Profile:
Qualification : 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 B.tech, Degree, Mca and any PG
