JIPMER M.Sc Application Form 2016 – Candidates seeking admission into M.Sc Nursing and M.Sc Allied Medical Sciences courses for this session have to fill online application form from the official website jipmer.edu.in as per schedule mention below. Candidates can fill their application from the official website www.jipmer.edu.in on or before the last date. Candidates are advised must ensure their eligibility before the online application form. Candidates can also fill their application form the direct link provided below.

Steps to Fill Online Application
Step 1 : Read the Prospectus carefully.
Step 2 : Fill up the Application form.
Step 3 : Upload Photograph & Signature. (Candidate must read the instructions to upload photograph and signature given on Page 19 of the prospectus before uploading)
Step 4 : Preview the application before final submission.
Step 5 : Submit application by clicking on SUBMIT tab.
Step 6 : Make payment.

The Online Registration will be complete only after successful payment of Application fee through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.
The candidate will be able to save/print a copy of his/her final application after payment of Fee. The candidate must keep a copy of the application for future reference.
Log in ID and Password will be sent to the registered e-mail ID. The Log in ID and Password should be kept safe for downloading the Hall Ticket.
Instruction for Uploading Photograph & Signature
- A recent colour passport size photograph with light background is required. Black & White / Polaroid photographs are NOT acceptable.
- Photograph MUST be taken on or after 01.01.2016.
- The photograph must be taken with a placard indicating name of the candidate and date of taking photograph while the placard is being held by the candidate.
- The name and date on the photograph should be legible.
- The photograph must be in jpg/jpeg format with dimension 30 mm (width) × 45 mm (height) with file size less than 80 kb.
- The signature must be in jpg/jpeg format with dimension 80 mm (width) × 35 mm (height) with file size less than 80 kb.
