Staff Selection Commission is going to declare SSC GD result along with list of selected candidates and merit marks very soon in the upcoming days. Therefore the candidates who have appeared in this examination will soon be able to check out their result and cut off marks from the official website of SSC www.ssc.nic.in The examination was held in the month of October 2015, it was held at the various examination center all over the country, lakhs of candidates had appeared in the examination, now all the appeared candidate are eagerly waiting for their result. The cut off marks also will be declared along with the result. Candidates should keep in mind that the cut off marks for General/OBC category candidates and SC/ST/PWD category candidates are different.

Before few months the recruitment notification was out for recruiting the post of the Constable General Duty (GD) & Riflemen for their various departments such as CISF, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, SSF and rifleman in Assam rifles for which the application were invited from the candidates in response of which huge number of candidates have sent their application which itself shows the craze of the examination among the candidates. Earlier SSC had organized Physical Standards Test and Physical Efficiency Test at centers determined by the Commission in consultation with the CAPFs. Those who qualify it, had appeared for written test held on 04thOctober. As now all the process has now came to an end now all the candidates are now eagerly waiting for their result to appear on the screen so as they can decide the next step of their future.
SSC Constable GD Exam Merit List 2015
The selection for these posts is to be done through PET/PST, written exam and Medical exam. The Commission has conducted written examination of candidates qualified in PST/PET in both online and off-line mode. The candidates have to opt for On-line or Off-line mode of Examination in the application form. The written examination consists of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The exam contains questions on the basis of English Comprehension, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Part 2 consist of questions on the basis of English Language & Comprehension.
SSC Ground Duty Constable Exam Cut off Marks & Further Selection Process
SSC had not officially declared Constable post recruitment 2015 cut off till now, but it is expected that minimum cut off percentage of marks unreserved candidate has to score at least 35 to 39 % marks. For reserved aspirants SC/ST and OBC have to score at least 33 to 36 % of marks. Medical Examination: Only those candidates who have scored above the cut off marks fixed by the Commission in Written Examination will be required to appear in the Medical Examination.

The candidates are advised to take out the print of the same as an when the result is appeared on the screen as the hard copy will take to be received at home. The soft copy of the result will be required at various areas. After the clearance of the written examination the candidates will be called for the medical exam after which the final selection will be held.
