Job Description:
1. Establish a Digital Portfolio, group responsible for an over-arching structure across digital project management groups, streamlining Digital Strategy, Financials and Delivery related to core product delivery, O&T transformations and next generation Digital Innovation
2. Responsible for India Strategy and Product Management covering all Digital channels - Internet, Mobile, Tablet & other devices
3. Aligning business strategies with IT execution to achieve maximum business value
4. Leading IT enabled business transformation and cost optimization initiatives
5. Driving process excellence across business groups, for improved operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and productivity
6. Enhancing customer interfaces (branch, internet, mobile, tablet, email, SMS, phone/IVR) to offer seamless sales and service experience across all channels
7. Manage , design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all Networks, including LANs, WANs, firewalls (checkpoint), netflow, IDS, etc
8. Help design and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements
9. Manage operational costs by forecasting near-term and long-term financial aspects for expanding functionality/user base

Candidate Profile:
Requirements:1. CANDIDATES DRAWING LESS THEN 60 Lakhs should not apply to this position

2. Strong problem solving, solution architecting, planning, team building, project management and communication skills, with a focus on delivery and achieving business outcome
3. MCA/ BE Computers or IT / B.Sc. Computers or IT with 20 years plus experience
4. Good understanding of various technologies (Microsoft - .Net / Java / Open Source
5. Programming language knowledge of C++, Java
6. Background in BFSI / Ecommerce / Retail Sectors
