Job Description:Preferred Skills:
1. Some formal education in Computer Science theory (BE/Btech -Comp Sci, MCS, GDST from NCST, CDAC)

2. Knowledge of AJAX

3. Familiarity with tools like nUnit, nAnt, etc

Professional Skills:1. The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter, and should be able to motivate the team

2. Ability to work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations, and consistently meet project deadlines

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Candidate Proifle:
Must Have Skills:6 Months - 3 years development experience (Asp.Net) which includes:
1. At least 6 months of relevant experience with .NET framework

2. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC

3. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, web services

4. Experience developing commercial browser based 3 tier applications

5. Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server
