Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:1. Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios

2. Create test cases and test data in support of test plans

3. Understands issues & problems and takes initiative to resolve

4. Participate in walk-through, inspections, review meetings

5. Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization

6. Acquire knowledge in business domain and application workflow

7. Learn new technologies

8. Maintains a healthy relationship in team

Candidate Profile:
Desired Skills:1. Total 2 to 5 years of experience

2. Good Healthcare domain and clinical applications knowledge

3. Experience of manual testing of applications on iSeries/AS400 and/or Mainframe

4. Good Experience of DB2

5. Strong knowledge on Pharmacy Benefit management or Claims

6. Should be able to own an project and involved in End to End testing

7. Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

8. Knowledge of Optimization techniques

9. Understanding of SDLC & STLC, Testing Methodologies, Test Case Development, Defect Reporting & Tracking.

10. Should carry a positive attitude and a good team player
