Responsibilities:1. This role is usually performed by a senior Application Architect specializing in the testing of applications or solutions.

2. This role would require you to be responsible for designing test strategy, setting the direction for testing, and recommending test tools; provide technical leadership and assist the Test Manager with test planning; lead test design and guidance during test specification development; act as a mentor and coach, participate in team meetings, and create Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.
Required Technical:
1. To actively participate in all large Test Solutioning and Consulting deals for automation irrespective of toolset

2. To develop collaterals on latest test automation and related trends, point of views and best practices documents
3. To provide assistance to various Services areas to create test offerings collateral including, offerings deck, citations, best practices document, point of views, etc.
4. Develop standardized templates and responses which can be leveraged during RFP/RFI responses
5. To develop strategy & approaches, process definition etc and brings a holistic approach to performance engineering practice.
6. On need basis actively participate in client visits to showcase performance engineering capabilities and expertise
7. Identify the key improvement areas from a domain standpoint and to bridge the gap by leveraging tools, accelerators and assets through CoE
