Job Description:
Responsibilities: 1. Understand customer specification from Manufacturing Instruction and Assembly Drawings
Responsibilities: 1. Understand customer specification from Manufacturing Instruction and Assembly Drawings
2. Support Engineering team for the Work Instruction / SOP creations
3. Knowledge on Gerber files review from GC Preview
4. Knowledge in SMT process and PCBA assembly process and Jigs & Fixtures.
5. Knowledge in electronics product manufacturing process
6. Knowledge in Quality Management System.
7. Knowledge in 3D and 2D drawing review with respective software
8. Knowledge in Engineering Change Management process
9. Creative and innovative thought on Work Instruction / SOP creations for NPI products.
10. Liaise with Process and manufacturing team to come up with detailed manufacturing information (When needed)
11. Adhere to process and look for possible process improvements
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:1. Candidates Must from Electronics Manufacturing / Process Engineering field

2. >2 years of experience in PCBA Process / Manufacturing / Assembly Process
3. Fluent typing in English Language
4. Experienced in GC Preview or Equivalent
5. Experienced in Work Instruction / SOP creation
6. Knowledge in SMT process and PCBA assembly process and Jigs & Fixtures.
7. Good Knowledge in IPC Standards.
8. Should have good Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word skills
9. Good analytical skills, logical thinking. Should be open for shifts
