Job Description:Responsibilities :1. Process investigations / enquiries of Incoming / Outgoing / returned payments in a timely manner, adhere to laid down procedures and ensure that the established service standards are met.
2. Monitor & ensure all payment queues are cleared as per currency cut-off
3. Escalate any process related ambiguities to the supervisors or manager for clarification.
4. Monitor process mail box and act according to the set procedures and stipulated timeframes.
5. Work distribution amongst team members’ basis the expected timeframes.
6. Identify risk areas in the process and implement mitigation plans
7. Verify Correspondence & payments adjustment entries processed by the team adhering to currency cut-off
8. Perform end of day (EOD) check and report to supervisor
9. Assist the supervisors in preparing various process reports
Candidate Profile:
Required Skills 1. University Degree.

2. 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Understanding of SWIFT payments & message types
3. Customer focused
4. Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written
5. Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
6. Highly motivated, able to work independently, self starter.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets.
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
10. Evening Shift – 05:30PM / 06.30PM to 02:30AM / 3.30AM
11. Needs to be flexible in working hours
12. Week offs: Sat/Sun
