Job Description:
Responsibilities:1. Independent management of delivery typically with a project work stream, related to core HR / Change Management solutions (stand alone or as part of larger transformational engagements)

2. Project delivery as per commitments to client and Engagement Director / Partner, ensuring superior technical quality of deliverables, meeting time commitments, managing client expectations
3. Support Business Development through bid-management, scoping visits, proposal development, research, etc.
4. Demonstrate technical expertise in designing and/or implementing solutions on the following areas:
o Organization Design (organization structuring, delegation of authorities matrices, job descriptions)
o Change Planning & Management
o Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits structuring
o Competency framework & assessment centers
o HR Diagnostic studies
o HR process mapping / improvements, policies and procedures
o Employee performance management system
o Learning & Development
o Organization Design (organization structuring, delegation of authorities matrices, job descriptions)
o Change Planning & Management
