Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be involved in all the following aspects of the role.
Level 1/2 support for clients using the Insurance applications, covering:
1. Insurance applications use and operation

3. Application Monitoring
4. Infrastructure Management and support
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:1. The candidate should have 2 – 3 years’ experience in Application support, preferably working in an Insurance segment.

2. Strong verbal and written English language essential; Presentational skills. Proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
3. Excellent business communication and client interfacing skills, coupled with mentoring and motivating Service Delivery teams.
4. Strong attention to detail with a Customer focus.
Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent
