Job Description:1. Focus on making it easy for users to run analytics on data – potentially without requiring them to write SQLs / HQLs
2. Understand data usage & develop features that will enable complex analytics through web interfaces
3. Understand Machine Learning concepts & apply them to build interesting & engaging features
Candidate Profile:Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. 2 - 5 years of experience as a developer solving complex & challenging problems
3. Good knowledge of one of Python (preferred), JAVA, and C++
4. Competency in SQL
5. Experience of building web based systems
6. Knowledge of Hadoop MapReduce, or Spark is a major plus
7. Experience in Machine Learning is another plus
8. Attention to detail
9. Ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture while getting into the weeds to ensure flawless execution
10. Creative problem solving in the absence of all the data, and an ability to pull missing data from various sources
11. Ability to work with a high level of autonomy; self-directed and motivated
12. General awesomeness and a sense of humor
