Job Description: 
Responsibilities :1. The IT Analyst assists IT users in guiding the organization’s use of technology in computer applications, communications, and other related areas as they arise. They identify and make recommendations on the application of new technology. This position may assist implementing of the same.

2. The position is responsible for identifying the causes of problems in all aspects of Kemin’s ICT environment.

3. Downtime in all aspects of the communication and operating systems must be kept to a minimum and will be measured and reported to the IT Specialist /Support Manager.

4. The Incumbent will support other IT support personnel when appropriate and must be able to resolve routine support situations independently or determine when it is necessary to use outside resources to do so.

5. The incumbent will have discretion to make independent judgments, generally free from immediate day-to-day direction or supervision. They will be expected to provide consultation or expert advice to management.

6. This position has a tremendous amount of interaction with ICT as well as sharp insight and strong motivation for new initiatives. The function is able to see projects through from concept to completion, is well organized and effective at time management.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:1. Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years of experience

2. Diploma with 3-5 years of Experience
