Job Description:1. Serve as support engineer for devices (Corporate owned and BYOD), operational tools, management, and security technologies for the mobile environment
2. Manage telecommunications lines and support technical relationships with OEMs and carriers for testing and troubleshooting
3. Troubleshoot and escalate connectivity issues and provide best telecom practices for various data-enabled driver technologies
4. Escalate operational use cases for mobile technology automation
5. Create and maintain technical documentation for driver technologies
6. Proactively monitor and maintain high availability of in-house and 3rd party infrastructure and systems
7. Perform root cause analysis and preventive countermeasures for service interruption recovery
8. Participate in weekly calls with the Driver Technology Platform team
9. Provide weekly status updates and reports for the country which is being supported
Candidate Profile:1. BS in Computer Science or related field
2. 1-2 years of demonstrated technical experience in systems or mobile device administration
3. Self-starter with organizational skills for a rapidly changing technology environment
4. Willingness to learn basic and advanced SQL
5. Understanding of cellular infrastructure and components: voice, data, SMS/MMS/notification/messaging systems and related infrastructure management
6. Strong customer service skills and ability to work cross functionally with multiple concurrent stakeholders
7. Self-start experience working with external vendors
8. Basic knowledge of systems administration and mobile device management concepts
