Job Description:
1. Provide a high quality level of support for issues logged via Phone,
2. Ensure documented SLAs are exceeded or met.
3. Create, update, escalate and close incident and service requests in IT Ticketing System.

4. Perform application installation and configuration.
5. Escalate unresolved issues in a timely and effective manner.
6. Review documented processes and Knowledge Base articles.
7. Ensure responses to customers are professional, timely and effective.

Candidate Profile1. Should have 0-1 years’ Experience in Technical support, Windows admin, Active directory Basic Active Directory Administration for user accounts and other business applications; Adds, changes & deletions etc.
2. Maintenance of Security & Distribution list membership
3. User administration of customer email accounts.
4. Should be ready for 1 year contract job
5. Candidate Must have Technical Bachelor’s degree ( B.E/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA)with min 60% marks in 10th ,12th and graduation.
6. Should have excellent communication skills Should be ready for 24*7 shifts
7. Should be ready to work on client site (Aristocrat-Noida)
8. Should be ready for one year Contract
