Job Description:

1. Candidate should possess Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized university

2. Maintain current and basic knowledge of common hardware and software environments and trends

3. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (verbally and written).

4. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with business associates.

5. Ability to provide level 1 and level 2 support

6. Strong ability to troubleshoot

7. Able to perform hardware and software improvements, upgrades, and repairs as directed.

8. Perform security and hotfix updates to Operating Systems and Applications.

9. Good technical writing skills for developing and maintain all relevant documentation.
