Job Description:
1. Need to understand our product and pitch the client about its usage benefit.
2. Need to call the potential customers from the database, explain our software product and fix up appointment with our marketing team
3. Need to re-call & follow up the client till the visit of our marketing team
4. Maintain the call report and the feedback in an excel format
5. Females preferred
Responsibility for Telecallers:
1. To answer all enquiry calls. 2. To give reminder calls3. Follow up Calls4. To updateon next day’s appointments.5. To take feedback from clients6. To do database follow up of Activities.

1. Good command over English, Telugu and Hindi
2. Good convincing skill

6. Good typing speed & MS Excel knowledge
