2. Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate system solutions

3. Identifying issues and proposing solutions

4. Work within a cross-functional team to provide technical expertise in the design and planning of system solutions

5. Research, identify, test, certify, and select technology required for solution delivery

6. Providing input for product documentation

7. Reviewing requirements and design documents

8. Researching customer issues

9. Proactively analyse current processes and practices and suggest improvements/additional processes.

10. Researching new product enhancements
