Job Description:
1. Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

2. Should have worked as an Asst.manager in domestic BPO (Telecom) for 2+ years.
3. Should have min 4+ years work experience in domestic call center (Telecom)
4. Should have experience in both Inbound and Outbound process.
5. Should have sound knowledge on dialer metrics.
6. Interfaces with other departments through written and verbal communications to resolve all priority tasks
7. Manages interdepartmental administrative functions
8. Provides leadership, guidance and direction Assistant managers & Team leaders.
9. Communicates effectively with internal staff and external company customers
