Job Description:
The candidate will coordinate with Credit Analyst, Field Service Engineer (FSE), Customer Business Manager (CBM), Sales and Product support Engineer to ensure that our customers are supported in an efficient and effective manner. Duties includes but not limited to
1. Responsible and Accountable for resolving customer emails/ request/ issues.
2. Initiating and Executing Service Agreements, Account set up, Account cancellation.
3. Dispute management, Account reconciliation and collections.
4. Effectively partner with other stake holder in resolving customer issues and overall customer satisfaction.
5. Establish and successfully manage internal and external customer relationship
Candiate Profile:
Qualifications :
Requires a commerce graduate with a 2 to 4 years of customer support experience
1. Sound written and oral communication skills.
2. Strong PC skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, SFDC
3. Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
4. Self motivated and strong team player.
