Job Description:Responsibilities:
1. Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product expertise

2. Resolve customer messages at the Development Support level.
3. Ensure high quality of notes, corrections and support packages.
4. Continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.
5. Take knowledge transfer of new topics/code from development team.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
1. BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech/MCA with a minimum of 65%.
