Job Description:Accountabilities:1. Monitoring of the customer network
2. Initial diagnosis of faults
3. Notifying the customer and internal stakeholders of the fault and the impact to the network
4. Creating trouble tickets for investigation by other teams
5. Interaction with other Technical and Incident Management teams in C&W
6. Interaction with the customer helpdesk and key IT contacts
7. Individual contributor but has to work as a team member.
8. The role holder has to work on innovating the BAU functions/roles on how best to improve the same.
