Job Description:
1. HandOn knowledge of Active Directory.
2. Experience of handling International clients (Mainly English Speaking World like US, UK and Europe along with Middle East).
3. Experience of voice Support.
4. Experience of working on Ticketing tool like ITSM and Service Now.
5. Troubleshooting of Windows platform.
6. Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
7. Good Interpersonal skills.
8. Good Expertise in customer handling.
