Key Responsibilities:1. Schedules work in advance to meet Global Services and customer due dates.

2. Highlights process failures to Customer Service Manager.
3. Update systems to record order-tracking actions.
4. Responsible for order processing and billing and communicating details with customers and the Account Managers.
5. May do proactive jeopardy management.
6. Ensure that all orders are closed after installation.
7. Provide process improvement input wherever possible.
