• For Assistant Professor : A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• For Medical Officer : A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule  (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : 

• For Assistant Professor : 45 years
  
• For Medical Officer : 40 years

• For Junior Consultants : A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 40 years
