Job Description:
1. Performing Settlement through RTGS with zero issues for all products in NPCI
1. Performing Settlement through RTGS with zero issues for all products in NPCI
2. Handling Settlement and Dispute Management related support for IMPS, AEPS & UPI Operations
3. Responding to the member bank queries on timely basis
4. Knowledge of MS-Office ( MS-WORD, Excel, Powerpoint)
5. Onboarding new banks and initiating NBIN addition requests.
6. Communication to member Banks regarding new bank joining formalities
7. Should follow the instructions/ad hoc work given by the reporting managers on day to day basis
8. Good communication skills
Desired Profile
Qualification :1. B.E or B.Tech in (IT, Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication) with 0- 5 years of relevant knowledge of Cards & Payment, Banking Industry.
