• Educational Qualification : 
• For Urban Planner : Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning/ Geography/ Civil Engineering/ Architectural Engineering with 3 years experience in Urban Planning with experience of Urban Infrastructure project/ Affordable Housing/ slum development project.
• For Housing Finance and Policy Specialist : Graduate in Finance/ Commerce/ Economics/ management from recognized university and 3 years experience in Housing Finance or banking or housing policy.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limits : As per Government of Bihar Rules
