Uttar Pradesh Revenue Department conducted written test on 13th September to take qualified, skilled and enthusiastic people for 13,600 available posts of Accountant. For the huge availability of posts, thousands of applicants sat for the exam spontaneously. Approximately 27 lakh candidates sat for the exam. As almost a months has passed since the test was taken, the applicants are getting restless to know their result. Good news for them is that UP Lekhpal Result 2015 is going to be published by October/ November.

UPSSSC Lekhpal (Accountant) Cut Off Marks 2015
The test was taken at various exam centers across Uttar Pradesh State. The written exam was a multiple choice based one and questions were of Intermediate level. The question paper was divided in four segments. Questions were set on General Knowledge, Hindi, Mathematics and on Village Society and Development. 25 questions were set from each of the section. Each section carried 20 marks. So, total mark of the exam was 80. Exam duration was 90 minutes.

UP Lekhpal Merit List & Cut off Mark 2015
UP Lekhpal Merit List 2015 will be published based on the number of mark obtained in the written test. Only those will be selected who will secure cut off mark or higher. Minimum mark required to pass the exam for General, OBC, SC and ST are 52, 50, 45 and 40 respectively. Those who will be selected in the merit list will be called for interview which will carry 20 marks. Candidates will be notified about viva schedule after written result. Interview is likely to be scheduled on November/ December.
