South Western Railway Recruitment 2016 – Group C & D Posts: South Western Railway has published a notification for the recruitment of Group C and Erstwhile Group D vacancies against Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2015-16. South Western Railway Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 11
Name of the Post:
1. Group C: 03 Posts
2. Erstwhile Group D: 08 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be attained 18 years & not attained 29 years for S.No- 1 and 32 years for S.No- 2. Age relaxation is applicable upto 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent for S.No- 1 and 10th or ITI or equivalent for S.No- .

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test, scouting-skill assessment, marks and medical examination.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (inclusive of postal expenses) from of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO). No fee for SC/ ST/ Ex Servicemen/ PwD/ Women/ OBC and Minority candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application on A4 size paper along with passport size photographs, self attested copies of relevant certificates and in an envelope should be superscribed as the ” Application for Group C/ Erstwhile Group D post against Scouts and Guides for the year 2015-16″ on or before 04-01-2016 & 19-01-2016 for remote areas. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-29 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation will be applicable for 05 years for SC/ ST candidates and 03 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Dance from Government recognized institute for S.No-01, Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Music from Government recognized institute for S.No-02.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on written test & interview.

Examination Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 100/- (inclusive postal expenses) should be paid in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) only from any Post Office drawn in favour of APO/ Rectt./ SWR/ UBL payable at Hubli.
