Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 29 years for S.No- 1 and 18 to 32 years for S.No- 2 as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable for upto 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent Examination for S.No- 1 and 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) granted by NCVT for S.No- 2. Candidates should have relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination & medical examination.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- in the form of Crossed Demand Draft from any nationalized Bank Payable at Kolkata or Crossed Indian Postal Order from any post office drawn in favour of FA&CAO/ S.E.Railway/Garden Reach payable at GPO/ Kolkata. No fee for SC/ ST candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may may send their application in the prescribed format on A4 size paper along with two passport size photographs (affixed in the application form & duly signed), self attested copies of all relevant certificates, two self-addressed envelopes (Size: 23cms. x 10 cms.) should be accompanied with the application duly affixing Postage of Rs.5/- Stamp and superscribed as the “Recruitment against Scouts & Guides Quota 2015-16 in S.E Railway” Employment Notice No.02/SER/S&G/15-16 “Post applied for________and the name of he Division/ Central District (HQ)__________” by ordinary post on or before 25-01-2016 by 18:00 hrs. (Sending address as given notification).
