RDD Bihar Panchayat Rojgar Sevak Selection Procedure
Rural Development Department, Bihar had invited applications for recruitment to 4823 posts of Panchayat Rojgar Sevak, Lekhapal (Accountant) and Panchayat Takniki Sahayak (Technical Assistant) in Bihar Rural Development Society (BRDS) and 105 posts of Lekha Sahayak (Accounts Assistant) in Indira Awas Yojana (IAY).
Candidates who are ignorant about selection process & merit list preparation method, We are providing Selection Process & Merit List Preparation Method for all these posts.
Selection Process:- Selection Process is strictly based on Merit List prepared by Bihar RDD. Selection will be made on purely basis of merit list that would be analyze from Marks obtained in 10th, 12th, Graduation Standard and higher education.
Merit List Preparation Process:- Merit List will be prepared based on the Marks of Academics by Candidates. Selection Process will be as follows:-
Panchayat Rojgar Sevak → Merit will be based on Marks equals to Inter percentage + Prescribed Bonus marks.
- Inter Passed with Maths – 10 Bonus Marks
- Graduation (with Maths) – 20 Bonus Marks
- Graduation (without Maths) – 10 Bonus Marks
- Post graduation – 10 Bonus Marks
Lekhapal (Accountant) → Merit will be based on Marks equals to Matric, Inter, Graduation percentage + Prescribed Bonus Marks.
- M.Com. – 10 Bonus Marks
- C.A. – 10 Bonus Marks
Panchayat Takniki Sahayak (Technical Assistant) → Merit will be based on Marks equals to B.Sc. percentage + Prescribed Bonus Marks.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering – 10 Bonus Marks
- Diploma in Civil Engineering – 10 Bonus Marks
- Post Graduate (M.Sc.) – 10 Bonus Marks
- Degree in Civil Engineering – 20 Bonus Marks
Lekha Sahayak (Accounts Assistant) → Merit will be based on Marks equals to B.Com. percentage + Prescribed Bonus Marks.
- M.Com. – 10 Bonus Marks
- C.A. – 20 Bonus Marks
