The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology is an authorized autonomous scientific society of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology. The NIELIT was established in the year 1990. The Headquarters of NIELIT is located in Aizawl, Mizoram, India. NIELIT Exam Pattern 2015
The NIELIT Exam Pattern for Assistant & Scientist is given below. Candidates can download the NIELIT Syllabus pdf from the link given below. The NIELIT Exam consists of the following features:
- The exam is of Objective type i.e it consists of Multiple Choice Questions.
- The Written test is OMR Based.
- There will be a negative marking for 0.25 for every wrong answer.
- Separate Skill Test will be conducted for Stenographers and Junior Assistant posts.
- The Pass Percentage for the written exam is 50% for General Category Candidates & 45% for Reserved Category Candidates.
