National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) will conduct an Online Examination for recruitment to the posts of Development Assistant & DA (Hindi). As the time passes competition for competitive exam gets tougher. It is not the time for burning late night candles & take nothing in the exam. So for Selection Nothing can work for selection except a smart study plan. Prepare for exam differently than other candidates. Exam Pattern :- There is provision of Online Written exam consisting of 200 marks. Exam Pattern is as follows:-

• Composite Time of 120 minutes for all the tests together.
• There will be negative marks at the rate of 1/4 for wrong answers.
• Online Aptitude Test will be followed by a Personal Interview.

Exam Syllabus :- NABARD Development Assistant Syllabus 2015 is given below :-

Test of Reasoning : Questions will be asked from analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetic reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.

Quantitative Aptitude Test :

Number Systems : Computation of Whole Number, Decimal and Fractions, Relationship between numbers.

Fundamental arithmetical operations : Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest (Simple and Compound), Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Allegation, Time and Distance, Time and Work.

Algebra : Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra and Elementary surds (simple problems) and Graphs of Linear Equations.

Geometry : Familiarity with elementary geometric figures and facts: Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, tangents, angles subtended by chords of a circle, common tangents to two or more circles.

Mensuration : Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Circle, Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square Base.

Trigonometry : Trigonometry, Trigonometric ratios, Complementary angles, Height and distances (simple problems only) Standard Identities like sin²Θ + Cos²Θ=1 etc.

English Language : Verb, preposition, adverb, subject verb agreement, Error Correction/ recognition, tenses, sentences rearrangement, fill in the blanks with articles etc., comprehension, answering questions based on unseen passage, vocabulary, synonyms and antonyms usage, vocabulary & grammar, Proficiency in the language.

General Awareness:- Questions will be asked from Indian Current Events, Banking, General Science, General Knowledge. Focus will be mainly on Current affairs of National & International news, Important dates, Current Science, Technology, Sports & Culture & Banking Sector. Some questions from Marketing can come in the exam.
