Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 25 years as on 30-06-2015 i.e., candidates born on or after 30-06-1991. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwD (UR), 13 years for PwD (OBC-NC), 15 years for PwD (SC/ ST) candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Mechanical & Production/ Civil/ Electrical, Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Chemical, Petrochemical.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on GATE 2016 score, selection tools/ tests.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 263/- (Application fee inclusive of service tax and bank charges of Rs.35/-) through pre-printed challan in HPCL Powerjyoti A/C Number 32315049001 at any branch of SBI across country after two working days from date of online application/ through Online Payment by using Debit/ Credit card.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates have to first apply for GATE-2016 and thereafter, appear in GATE-2016 & for HPCL apply online through the website www.iocl.com from 19-12-2015 at 0001 hrs to 02-02-2016 by 2359 hrs.
