Job Description:Accountabilities:
1. Drive Efficiency by responding for the Monitoring Alert and rectifying the issue
1. Drive Efficiency by responding for the Monitoring Alert and rectifying the issue
2. Understand and manage monitoring platform
3. Incident Management for all proactive faults
4. Handling of Remedy tickets, Vendor and Change management
5. Follow up of Monitoring alerts and proactive fault
6. Customer Service Level Agreement Deliverables
7. Daily Health check of the devices managed by Vodafone Ops
8. Good Communication verbal and written with the customers
9. Performing on-boarding checks for the device to be on-boarded into Vodafone Ops
Candidate Profile:Education:1. Bachelor of Engineering or an Equivalent Diploma
2. MS in Telecommunications preferred
