1. Subscriber/Value/Premium Churn on Mobility
2. Drive CXX
3. Upselling and generate higher revenues
4. Retention and Relations management
5. Regular customer visit as part of ringfencing
6. Reduction in waiver
7. Customer connect programs
8. On boarding as per plan - Pro-active Visits
9. Ownership on the base handled and 100% close looping of complaints
10. Agreed Service Initiatives on Service Improvement Plans / Service Development Plans
