Job Description:Customer support & Technical Service
1. To be able to run trials at customer end independently

2. To do basic trouble shooting activities at the customer place
3. Identify the opportunities for improving process at customer end and by suggesting suitable product
4. Conduct technical training to the customers and internal staff
5. Propose development plan as per market requirements
6. Manage projects with the Technical team locally and at RDC, Europe as per cost and performance improvement projects
7. Work closely with technical development team and with the commercial team within India
8. Support and interact with QA/QC function as and when required
Requirements:
Education: 1. BE , MBA or PG qualification

2. 3 - 7 Years in Industrial B2B technical Sales & Marketing activities
3. Should have handled a portfolio of at least 1 Crore in Sales /month
4. Should have techno commercial background - Desirable / Not essential
