ill be held on December 03, 2015 at 03:00 P.M. in the Committee Room of Centenary Campus, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T Scheme VII-M,Kolkata 700 054 for One (01) position of Research Associate / Senior Research Fellow (Extended) in the SERB(DST) sponsored IRHPA-II project entitled, “Study of cosmic ray interactions and cosmic ray aerosol cloud connection in the context of regional climate change” under the guidance of Prof. Sibaji Raha, Principal Coordinator and Investigator, Department of Physics (CAPSS).

The project is tenable upto 31.07.2017.
Details of qualifications, experience, associateship / fellowship, age etc. are as follows :
• Essential Qualification : Ph.D. degree in the field of Atmospheric Science with experience in Atmospheric Chemistry for RA position and candidates those who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis but not yet awarded are eligible for SRF (Extended) position.
• Associateship / Fellowship : Rs. 36,000/- p.m. for RA and Rs. 28,000/- p.m. for SRF(Extended), plus admissible H.R.A. and Medical Benefit.
• Age : Below 35 years for RA and below 33 years for SRF(Extended). (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/Women candidates only as per rules)
Eligible and Interested candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Sr. Prof. & In-Charge, Registrar’s Office, Bose Institute, P-1/12 C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700054 along with Bio-data giving details of qualification i.e. examination passed, year, division, percentage of marks from Secondary onwards with attested copies of Certificates, Marksheets and testimonials.
The Candidates should also bring original mark-sheets, certificates, testimonials, thesis and papers etc. at the time of Interview.
No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the Interview.
