Job Description:
Responsibilities:1. Maintaining Singapore accounts payable as per Audit-tax compliance requirements

2. Ensuring Verification, Coding, Batching, Scanning, Vouchering and Payment of invoices on timely manner
3. Proving all necessary query resolution support catering to all P2P, Monthend related, Capital-POM, Purchasing and Concur activities
4. Maintaining Cordial relationship with all prominent business groups in Singapore office like Global Brands, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Planning, D&E, IT, Quality Etc
5. Ensuring all activities required to be performed for SGP AP is performed on timely manner
6. Recommend best practices along with implementation in coordination with Business
7. Improving and streamlining of process flow to ensure the business is served with efficiency
8. Sharing knowledge and standards of accounts payable process with Target Audience
9. Coordinating with Vendors for tax-compliance and issue resolution
10. Regular Communication with Business to ensure there is no gap between understandings
Candidate Profile:1. Educating or training in-house teams on any update and compliance requirements
2. Maintain Training documents as ready reconor for the team
3. Ensure proper backup plan in place.
4. Executing all deliverables per SLA & other related tasks on day
day basis
