Job Description:
The Mobility team deals with managing assignees from the time assignment is about to start to the time assignment ends.
1. The main role will be to ensure timely clearance of mails from the Global Mobility Mail box
2. Good in mail communication (mail drafting) with global team members.
3. Maintaining of excel tracker capturing details of all mails cleared on a daily basis.
4. Generating reports from tracker on a frequent basis for MIS purposes.
5. Joining the daily work allocation call (TAT calls) with manager / seniors for planning and circulating the work one day in advance.
6. Stretching, if needed, to ensure all mails are cleared within 24 hours.
7. Week end support for ensuring clearing of mails received on Friday's US time (India Friday late night mails) - within 24 hours (week day off would be compensated)
8. Sharing innovative thoughts on the role handled.
9. Web based working experience would be an added advantage for this role.
10. Good coordination with all team members
11. To strictly implement the leadership instructions.
12. To dedicate towards client services
13. Dash board preparation for leadership
14. Other roles as per leadership delegation
Candidate Profile:Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
