Job Description:
1. Experience in Planning, implementing, and executing ITIL v3 / Transition Management solutions for IT Service Management of Application Support Desks within Investment Banking applications
1. Experience in Planning, implementing, and executing ITIL v3 / Transition Management solutions for IT Service Management of Application Support Desks within Investment Banking applications
2. Implementing Transformation initiatives within newly transitioned service desks for brining optimization and achieving resource reduction through CSI and standardizing processes and Tools.
3. Experience in driving transformation Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and project manage transformation
4. Competency in managing large projects with multi-process and business impacts, collaborating with business and IT partners to deliver on project objectives, identifying and addressing critical risks and excellent track record leading diverse project team members to successful project completion
5. Extensive experience in Analysis, Process Mapping, Process Redesign, Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM and PMP Methodologies
6. Expertise in Service Delivery, Service Operations and Continuous Service Improvement involving Incident management, Problem Management, Operations Management, Service Reporting and Service level management.
Mandatory Skills:1. Must have people management experience of more than 20+ resources. Must be from Service Delivery / Application Support / ITIL background.
