Job Description:
Responsibilities :The QA Manager will be expected to manage all testing effort, providing estimates, creating test plans, test cases, and executing test cases. Specifically, the individual's responsibilities will include:
1. Analysis and Review of Functional Requirements and Design Specifications.

1. Analysis and Review of Functional Requirements and Design Specifications.
2. Creation of Test Approach and Test plans for testing.
3. Review and create manual/automated test scripts
4. Execution and Maintenance of Manual/Automation test scripts
5. Test Case and Defect Management of in Quality Center.
6. Designing and Creation of metrics to track efficiency and productivity
7. Communicate efficiently with the offshore team (verbal and written)
8. Ability to work with developers, business analysts, project managers and business users
9. Implement best practices QA processes and seek to enhance them
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications : 1. 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, of which 5+ years in leadership role.

2. Strong focus on testing of ETL based applications
3. Hands on experience with Test/Defects Management using ALM, SQL, UNIX commands and scripting
4. Experience with test automation tools such as QTP, test automation using VB, C sharp, Excel Macros , iTKO Lisa is a plus
5. Excellent communication and co-ordination skills to work with different teams (onsite & offshore).
6. Flexibility to work on different projects and support both manual and automation testing
7. Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects and releases at the same time.
8. Program and project management experience
9. Ability to work with all levels of clients and internal resources
10. Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
11. Financial Industry experience required; Investment Banking Technology Experience a plus
