Job Description:1. 8-10 years of hands on experience in ESRI Technology developing ArcGIS desktop, Web & Mobile solutions.
2. Familiarity with ESRI desktop, Mobile, client/server, and web applications and architectures
3. Domain knowledge and experience in Telecom
4. Minimum of five years of leadership experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables
5. Drive the implementation and delivery of products and services based on aggressive project requirements and schedules
6. Clearly communicate business efforts among project teams during all phases of solution development including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, and deployment
7. Work with program leads to understand overall business activities, workflows, and customer needs
8. Demonstrated experience in creating project plans and guiding teams through successful project execution
