Job Description:
1. Understand complex accounting issues and help determine how data can be used (in connection with analytical procedures) to perform investigations, resolve problems and generate insights, in the process creating value for KPMG’s clients globally
1. Understand complex accounting issues and help determine how data can be used (in connection with analytical procedures) to perform investigations, resolve problems and generate insights, in the process creating value for KPMG’s clients globally
2. Independently handle and lead efforts around conceptualization, execution and delivery of assignments
3. Ensure QA of outputs to the client while adequately undertaking project management, client management and team management
4. Co-ordinate with onsite engagement teams to ensure high quality, on-time delivery
5. Mentor a team of 2 – 5 people and deliver to exceed client expectations; and
6. Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques, etc)
Candiate Profile:
To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following experience and skills:
1. 3 – 5 years of relevant industry experience
2. Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and a team player
3. 3 years of development experience in SQL, SQL Server, T-SQL and .NET, either C# or Visual Basic
4. Experience in using HTML, XML, CSS, MVC framework: ASP.NET MVC or Ruby on Rails
5. Experience with Team Foundation server
6. Experience in understanding and documenting business/user requirements and write unit tests
7. Knowledge of web design principles, Visual Basic, and MS Access
8. Knowledge of ASP, Finance & Accounting related data an advantage
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Ability to build effective networks internally and externally
11. Experience of working with clients / teams outside India
12. Ability to travel.

Education:1. Undergraduate degree in Commerce / Accounting
2. Post graduate or equivalent in Computer Science / MCA
3. Both the undergrad and the Masters SHOULD BE from a Top tier university
