Responsibilities: 1. Develop simple and complex reports including list, crosstabs and charts with drill-thru capabilities

2. Assist in report requirements gathering and preparing technical documentations
3. Update and enhance existing standard canned reports based on new business requirements
4. Update and enhance existing framework manager model
5. Build dashboard using Business Insight for senior management
6. Assist in report and environmental performance tuning
7. Interact with business sponsors to build a timeline and scope for the project
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:1. Must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university

2. 3-4 years of Cognos report development and Framework Manager modeling
3. Proficient with reporting toolsets such as Report Studio, Query Studio and Analysis Studio
4. Proficient in SQL and relational database such as Oracle or columnar database. Vertica knowledge is a plus.
5. Understand dimensional data structures and complex hierarchies
6. Experience with Cognos best practices & methodologies
7. Understand the Cognos architecture and administration
8. Ability to perform data analysis, troubleshoot data integrity issues and trend data analysis
9. Working knowledge with dashboard
10. Knowledge in Cognos SDK using Java or .Net is a plus
