Job Description:1. Will be responsible for servicing / maintaining different types of VJ printers at Tech Center in addition to Sampling.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. Will be responsible for Refurbishing / Sampling activities
2. Will be required to carry out repairing / testing activities on field returned spares , machines
Candidate Profile:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1. ANALYTICAL SKILL – the ability to understand customer need, identify the root cause and solve the problems
2. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT – the ability to organize work with clear accountabilities and operational efficiency. Creating an environment for professional growth
3. SERVICE EXCELLENCE - the ability to achieve competitive advantage and customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistently high levels of service performance
4. Education – Diploma in Engineering with Electronics or Instrumentation major
5. Work experience - Minimum of 2 years of field service experience in an Indian or a multi-national company offering technical products
6. Should be familiar with Local language
7. Must have good communication skills & proficiency in English
