Eligibility for Sports Person:
Sportspersons who have represented West Bengal or India in a National or International Competition in OR University in an Inter-University Tournament conducted by the Inter University Sports Board OR State school teams in the National Sports/ Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation OR National level competition organized by All India Electricity Sports Control Board in discipline of Cricket / Football/ Athletics/Badminton/Tennis/ Table Tennis/ Wrestling will be given preference.
Age Limit:
Age of candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 27 years respectively as on 01.01.2015. Upper age limit is relaxed for SC / ST and OBC candidates of West Bengal for 5 years and 3 years respectively.
Application Fee:
Candidates are required to send one Non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- only as Processing and Examination fees along with their application form. Scheduled Tribes of the State of West Bengal are exempted from payment of processing fees
Selection Process:
