Job Description:Responsibilities :1. Evaluate service requests, investigate and provide solutions to defects and to manage the service requests to closure
2. Analyze logs, database tables, environments to narrow down the source of the problems
3. Provide insights to development and ops teams to assist in problem resolution
4. Interact with customers and users to define problems, provide updates and manage expectations
5. Manage test systems, verify upgrades, work closely with Ops teams to ensure smooth installations
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications :
1. BS (preferably in computer science or related disciplines) or MCA from a reputed institute
Qualifications :
1. BS (preferably in computer science or related disciplines) or MCA from a reputed institute
2. 2-3 years experience in a customer facing Support or Services position or in Quality Assurance
3. Excellent skills in the SQL, shell scripts
4. Exposure to Java and/or Microsoft .NET framework based SaaS applications
5. Good knowledge of HTTP and TCP/IP protocols
6. Experience in debugging application issues including fixing code, scripts and database
