Job Description:
1. Experience in installing & configuring HP Service Manager based on customer requirements.
1. Experience in installing & configuring HP Service Manager based on customer requirements.
2. Experience working with databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
3. Knowledge & Experience in HPSM customizations such as form customizations, format controls and scripting such as RAD and Javascripts.
4. Knowledge working with SM Workflows, Web services.
5. Knowledge and experience working in HP Connect-IT and customizing the connectors.
6. Experience working in tools like Connect-IT, TeMIP, UCMDB.
7. Experience in Integrating HPSM with Other HPSW Products like PPMC, OM,NNM etc
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications :Education and Experience Required:1. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
